the staff was helpful . i particularly appreciated the access to facilities in all three resortswith a variety of options for dining and recreation. discovering az travel near the entrance also enhanced the experience with well-organized excursions.
the check-in process was slow, delaying our arrival experience with extended waiting times.

the room included a safe. i appreciated having a mini-fridge (very useful for drinks and snacks). the location was great. the lifeguard, hossam hassan, was excellent.
the wifi required payment and wasn't very reliable.
